Job Description for Theater Production Intern
Anticipated start date: September 20, 2021

Work Schedule:	12 hrs/week, days/nights/weekends
Pay Rate:	$12.00/hour
Prior Experience:	Enrollment in relevant School Of Education Course(s) recommended but not required
Job Duties:	Works closely with the Theater Technical Directors to coordinate and execute technical needs for events in Shannon Hall and the Play Circle. Work with incoming student groups and RSOs to facilitate production details of their event. This would include lighting, sound, video, and other technical needs and learning how to translate those needs into actual technical design and setup. Have the unique opportunity to be a part of turning event ideas into reality. I First-hand experience with all of the logistics that go into producing an event, including working with student groups on lighting and audio cues, production schedules, equipment setup, and coordinating multiple performing groups into one seamless evening.
Hiring Conditions:	Positions are open to declared majors within the School of Education.
